About Me

I Fix and Train Tech logo

I have held every I.T. job conceivable, ranging from Help Desk support, to technology trainer, to Chief Technology Officer. And from that experience, I can fix tech and explain it in human terms.

I always took pleasure in fixing my parents' and friends' computer problems, and I missed the hands-on, more customer-focused work. So I stepped away from the corporate world to pursue this endeavor.
